The bracket has one of the following conditions, and the single pivot frame is chosen as the best:
A, the mixing container sets the bottom bearing, as a bearing support.
B. The shaft seal is equipped with bearing (including rigid bushing) as a bearing point (the force degree is required according to the shaft seal)
C. Inside the mixing vessel, the center of the shaft is equipped with a guide bearing, as a bearing point (i.e., intermediate bearing).
When using the mixing shaft of the above mentioned conditions, the coupling of the mixer shaft and the reducer should be used for the JXLD support.
In practical application, the rigid coupling is used to replace the spring coupling of the elastic coupling and the shaft of the shaft, the bearing of the shaft and the middle bearing. In this way, the application conditions of single fulcrum stand are simplified, but only suitable for occasions where the agitation is not strong, the power is small, and the bearing load is lighter. Just have to support its bearing structure changes, the use of set set of the taper hole of spherical roller bearing, or take away part of suspension clamp shell coupling, the stirring shaft axial position with proper adjustment.
