The selection principle of FPV rack is:
1, the selection of FPV belt reducer frame, the principle is derived according to the size of the diameter of axle reducer output frame model, as long as the interface form and installation size, speed reducer output shaft size can within a certain range of frame model. If the installation size of the speed reducer is not in conformity with the frame, we can adjust the flange on the rack to meet the user's requirement.
2. No fulcrum frame. Frame itself without shaft, the support of stirring shaft is the amount of speed reducer output shaft, a supporting shaft for force protection, can be used to transfer small power, or only by small axial load, stir not too intense mixing plant. The coupling of mixing shaft and reducer must be coupled with a rigid coupling. Especially the JQ type clamshell coupling is the best.
3. Single fulcrum frame, with one of the following conditions, the single support frame is chosen as the best.
(1) the mixing container sets the bottom bearing as a bearing support.
(2) shaft seal body is equipped with bearing (including rigid), as a bearing force (according to the requirement of shaft seal).
(3) in the mixing container, the center of the shaft is equipped with a guide bearing, as a bearing bearing (i.e., intermediate bearing).
